Can I use ashes that have been at home for years?

Yes. Ashes don’t have an expiration date — whether it has been weeks or many years, we can create their art.

How much ash do you need?

About a teaspoon. The wooden scoop in your kit measures it for you — everything else stays with you, at home.

How long does it take?

Usually 4–6 weeks from the day your kit reaches us. We’ll let you know when their artwork is on its way.

What creates the colors and shapes?

Nothing is painted or added. The shapes form naturally as crystals grow, and the colors appear as light passes through them. It’s simply your pet, seen in a new way.
